To make an appointment with Dr. Upjohn please call the practice on 01923672773. Unfortunately we are not able to accept email contact to arrange appointments at present.
Please note that if you cancel an appointment without giving 24 hours notice a charge will be applied.

We are closed between 12:30pm and 1:30pm every day for lunch.
