 First appointment
You first dental examination will consist of a thorough assessment of your general dental health. We will then take detailed records which include:
Tooth by tooth detailed examination and recording of teeth
X-rays - where necessary
Gum health examination - The soft skin in your mouth will also be checked for any tissue problems.
Full muscle and Jaw joint evaluation - We will examine the mobility and clicking problems of your jaw joints to offer you solutions to correct any problems noticed.
Oral Cancer Screen - visual check
Your dentist will then be in a position to discuss any dental health issues that may have been uncovered by this check-up. We as a dental practice, realize how important this examination can be in helping you to tackle any concerns before they can become a problem. At the end of the session you will be provided with a treatment plan outlining your options along with any associated fees if applicable.
